Rewriting the rules of fashion sales

 Hi! I’m Justine — I’m a mom of two girls and two dogs and a longtime fashion industry insider who’s now doing things a little differently.

After nearly 20 years in the whirlwind world of women’s retail and wholesale fashion, I realized I didn’t want to just keep up with the chaos — I wanted to create something sustainable. When I had my first daughter, I started seeing the business through a new lens: How can I work smarter, not just harder? How can I help brands grow without burning out?

That led me to start my own consulting business as a fractional sales manager (basically a behind-the-scenes partner helping brands with everything from getting into stores to organizing their collections to thinking through pricing, strategy, and growth). I’ve built a killer network over the years — from showrooms and reps to PR pros and retailers — and now I help connect the dots for brands that want to scale without getting lost in the noise.

I work mostly with small to mid-sized fashion brands who are great at what they do, but need help with the “how to grow” part — whether that’s getting into a big department store, streamlining their line sheet, or figuring out why sales aren’t sticking.

What I love most is helping creative people turn their ideas into real business wins. No fluff, just strategy, support, and a lot of honest conversations about what actually works.

And when I’m not working, you can find me at tennis or paddle courts, at the playground with my girls or connecting with my community.
